If you register your key number and you lose your keys or they become too worn to work properly, Kryptonite can replace them for a minimal fee.
If you register your combination and you lose it or forget it, call Kryptonite and we will tell you what it is. Sweet, huh?
If you register a resettable combination number and you change your combination, be sure to call Kryptonite and update your record.
Kryptonite is not responsible for combination registrations that are not updated.
Registering your key number or combination with Kryptonite does not automatically activate your anti-theft protection registration (if available with your lock). You must register for anti-theft protection coverage separately. Please contact Kryptonite at letters@irco.com for complete anti-theft protection registration instructions.
